INSTALLATION 🚀️

- Unzip and move the
.json files to one of the following paths:

EFFECTS 🎛️
CROSSFEED 🎧️
Centers the signal via Feed | Cutoff sets the limit of frequencies that it affects.
1ST EQUALIZER | MULTIBAND COMPRESSOR 🎲️
They attenuate the input signal, giving space to the mix.
BASS ENHANCER 💪️
Makes it sound crunchier.
EXCITER 🙌️
Makes the treble sound bright.
MID-SIDE EQUALIZER 🦠️
Removes stereo information from low frequencies, converting them to mono.
FILTER 🚿️
Applies a High-pass filter that removes bass frequencies. Switch to Low-pass to do the opposite.
2ND / 3RD / 4TH EQUALIZER 🧬️
They expand the signal, recreating a simple / smooth / full Dolby Atmos
2ND MULTIBAND COMPRESSOR ❤️🔥️
Increases the dynamic range of bass, mids and treble.
COMPRESSOR 🔥️
Increases the dynamic range of the signal.
REVERBERATION ⛰️
Creates a bedroom. Choose the Room size | Increase or decrease the Decay time | Choose between 0.00, 0.50 or 1.00 % Diffusion
They create a stereo separation effect.
AUTOGAIN 🔊️
Normalizes volume based on a Target | Reset history re-evaluates this operation (refresh) | Maximum history is arbitrary.
LIMITER | MAXIMIZER 👂️
They prevent the signal from exceeding 0.00 dB and becoming distorted | Threshold can replace Autogain in exchange for messing up dynamics.
TIPS ✨️
ACCURATE REVERB 🔍️
To achieve creative results, you can set the Pre delay to 20 ms or more, the Bass cut to 196.00, 233.08 or 277.18 Hz, the High frequency damping/Treble cut to 12543.85, 14917.24 or 17739.69 Hz and the Dry/Wet controls to -6.0, -3.0, 0.0, 3.0 or 6.0 dB
BASS TREATMENT 🩺️
It’s hard to find a perfect setup for every user, although it is possible to make some adjustments to customize its behavior:

Load analog-eq-max, edm-min/max or hifi-min/max > Open the 1st Equalizer Band 1 options > Change the Frequency and/or reduce the Gain and/or change the Mode to BWC (BT)/(MT) as appropriate.

Select Bass Enhancer > Blend the harmonics (3rd - harsh / 2nd - soft) and/or set the Amount to -6.00, -3.00, 0.00, 3.00 or 6.00 dB and/or the Floor to 29.14, 58.27 or 116.54 Hz

Select 1st/2nd Multiband Compressor > Edit Band 1 options (Bypass/Compression mode/Attack Threshold/Release Time/Ratio/Reactivity) and/or Band 2 Frequency (Start).
DOWNWARD / UPWARD COMPRESSION 📈️
To achieve different styles, you can set the Attack Threshold to 0.00, -12.00, -24.00, -36.00, -48.00 or -60.00 dB, the Release Time to 0.00, 100.00, 200.00, 300.00, 400.00 or 500.00 ms, the Ratio to 1.20, 1.50, 2.00, 3.00 or 6.00 and the Reactivity to 10.0, 25.0, 50.0, 125.0 or 250.0 ms
DYNAMICS LOSS 🦴️
It should not be noticeable unless the Limiter signal is oversaturated, but if that is the case, select the Smooth parameter and set a value between 0.00 and -48.00 dB (default: -5.00 dB) and/or reduce the Knee
Better yet, lower the volume of the specific audio stream in the Players section; this way, you’ll leave some extra headroom without saturating the mix.
HARMONICS SCULPTOR ⚒️
Select Exciter > Blend the harmonics (3rd - harsh / 2nd - soft) and/or set the Amount to -6.00, -3.00, 0.00, 3.00 or 6.00 dB and/or the Scope to 2217.46, 4434.92 or 8869.84 Hz
MINIMUM VS MAXIMUM LATENCY 🥊️
Choose the one that best suits your needs. From a practical standpoint, the min version is stable and works in all possible scenarios, while the max version requires more processing and is experimental, but may sound more professional.
NATIVE PLUGIN WINDOW 🔬️
You can show the native plugins interface to see the applied settings in more detail. Go to Preferences > Experimental Features and enable Native window of effects
ON OR OFF 🤔️
Some effects are disabled by default; be sure to enable and test them. If you like the result, save it by overwriting the original file or creating a new one.
SOFTCLIP 😵️
Select Stereo Tools and enable this option to add analog distortion (clipping) to the signal. Increase the S/C Level to make it more noticeable, but DON’T overdo it.
STEREO LINK / SPLIT 👤️
Both allow the left and right channels to be processed independently, resulting in a wider mix. However, they can sometimes distort the stereo image, especially when splitting the signal manually (2nd/3rd/4th Equalizer).
Therefore, you can choose to use the current setting (recommended) or select the Limiter and adjust the Stereo Link parameter to 50 % for partial operation, or disable it by setting it to 100 % along with the Stereo Split option available on the 2nd Multiband Compressor and Compressor.
STEREO PLAYGROUND 🛝️

Select Stereo Tools and set the Side level to 3.00 or 6.00 dB

Replace Stereo Tools with Delay and add more than 20.00 ms (Time) to the right channel. Be careful not to add too much, or it will sound out of sync.
COMPATIBILITY ISSUES ⚠️
Since we DON’T support older versions, it’s vital that you have the current stable branch for them to work. In any case, please refer to the Easy Effects changelog.
