🚀 Getting Started: How to Download and Run Drive-Pool on Windows

Go to the Drive-Pool releases page by clicking the button below.

On the releases page, find the latest version of Drive-Pool for Windows. It should be an .exe file, such as DrivePool-Setup.exe.

Click the .exe file link to download it to your PC.

Once the download finishes, open your “Downloads” folder.

Double-click the downloaded .exe file to start the installer.

Follow the prompts on the installer screen.
- Click “Next” on each step.
- Choose the installation folder or accept the default.
- Click “Install” to begin.

After installation completes, launch Drive-Pool from the Start menu or desktop shortcut.

The app will ask you to sign in to your Google Drive accounts.
- Enter your Google credentials to connect each account.
- Approve access as needed.

Once connected, Drive-Pool will show all your accounts in one dashboard.
🔄 How Drive-Pool Works
After connecting your accounts, Drive-Pool keeps track of how much free space you have across each one. When you upload a file, the app sends the data to the account with the most space left. This happens behind the scenes — you don’t have to pick the account manually.
You can browse your files with easy navigation tools. Use the folder structure shown as breadcrumbs to move between levels. Switch views between a grid or list to find what you need quickly. The search and filter options help you locate files or folders by name or type.

You will be asked to log in with another Google account.

Allow Drive-Pool to access the new account.

The app will merge this account into your existing storage pool automatically.

- Browse: Use folder trees and breadcrumbs to go through your folders as you would in Google Drive itself.
- Search: Type keywords in the search bar to find files by name.
- Filter: Narrow down the view by file type, date, or size.
- Download: Click a file to download it to your PC.
- Upload: Drag any file from your PC into the Drive-Pool window, and it will upload to the best account.
🔐 Security and Privacy
Drive-Pool runs entirely on your Windows machine. It never stores your files outside your Google Drives. All login happens through official Google sign-in pages, and tokens remain on your computer. No data is sent to third parties.

- App won’t launch: Make sure your Windows is updated and you have .NET Framework installed.
- Sign-in fails: Check your internet connection and try signing in again.

📂 File Compatibility and Limits
Drive-Pool supports all standard Google Drive file types. File size is limited by Google Drive’s limits (usually 5 TB for individual files). The number of accounts is only limited by your willingness to manage them.
